Internet Explorer 3.x: Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences. Under the category Web Content look at Enhancements. Make certain that the Scripting check box is selected, and click OK.

Once you have enabled JavaScript, reload this page, and try again. If you receive this message again, your configuration is still not correct.
